• •Custom synthesis orders: Lead times are project-specific and will be communicated in writing prior to synthesis commencement.
• •Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

• •Standard ground shipping is available for most catalog peptides.
• •Expedited shipping options (2-day, overnight) are available at additional cost.
• •Shipping method and estimated delivery time are displayed at checkout.
• •Direct Research Peptides ships exclusively within the continental United States unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. International Shipping

International orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Availability of international shipping is subject to applicable export control laws, regulations, and import restrictions of the destination country. The purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with all import regulations, duties, taxes, and permits required in their jurisdiction. 4. Temperature-Sensitive Products

Many research peptides require temperature-controlled shipping to maintain stability. We take appropriate measures to package temperature-sensitive products with dry ice or ice packs as required. Direct Research Peptides is not responsible for degradation resulting from delays beyond our control once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email address on file once your order has been dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. Direct Research Peptides is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Direct Research Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after handoff to the carrier, though we will assist in filing carrier claims where applicable.

7. Carrier Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Direct Research Peptides is not liable for carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our control.

1. No Returns

Due to the specialized nature of research-grade peptides, regulatory constraints, and chain-of-custody integrity requirements, Direct Research Peptides does not accept product returns under any circumstances. Returned products cannot be reintroduced into inventory and will be disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Eligibility for Replacement or Credit

A replacement shipment or store credit may be issued only under the following strictly limited circumstances:

• •Incorrect product shipped (item received differs from item ordered)
• •Product arrives visibly damaged due to a shipping error attributable to Direct Research Peptides
• •Product vial is damaged, broken, or compromised upon receipt

Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

3. How to Submit a Claim

4. Custom Synthesis Orders

Custom synthesized peptides are non-refundable and non-returnable once synthesis has commenced. This includes all custom sequence orders, modified peptides, labeled peptides, and any order produced to customer-specified parameters. A deposit or full payment may be required prior to synthesis commencement.

5. Special Order Peptides

Special order peptides (catalog items with lead times) are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production initiated. Cancellations may be accepted before production commencement at Direct Research Peptides's sole discretion.

6. Order Cancellations

In-stock order cancellations may be requested by contacting info@directresearchpeptides.com within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. CoA & Analytical Data Disclaimer

Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) are available from our testing / CoA library for applicable catalog products. Direct Research Peptides makes no independent warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any analytical data contained in a CoA. Dissatisfaction with analytical results does not constitute grounds for a refund or return.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Direct Research Peptides's liability to any customer for any claim exceed the original purchase price paid for the specific product that is the subject of the claim. Direct Research Peptides shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from a product defect or non-conformance.
